Audrey Wehr Jones, CFP®
President of Financial Life Designs LLC

Audrey began her financial career in 1994.  She soon realized her clients' financial situations demanded a deeper and more comprehensive understanding and began her studies to become a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM  professional, earning her CFP®  designation in 1999.  In March 2010 she founded her independent firm, Financial Life Designs.  Already a comprehensive and fee-only planner she joined the NAPFA (National association of Personal Financial Advisors) in July 2012.  Audrey served on the South Region Board from 2015 to 2017. She has been featured in a Wall Street Journal blog and was a guest advisor on “Your Money” Sirius XM satellite radio program.  Audrey also enjoyed helping future planners by serving as an Adjunct Faculty Lecturer for California Lutheran University.
 
Audrey has been and still is active in a number of professional and charitable organizations in Central Florida. She helps veterans working with the Building Homes for Heroes Organization. From 2012-2015 she volunteered on the Committee for Education for the CFP Board. Audrey participates in the Casselberry Chamber of Commerce where she won the 2014 President's award and has volunteered her talents in chairing the Silent Auction.  She is a member of the St. Luke's Lutheran Church in Oviedo, entertains the residents of Luther Haven retirement center, and sits on the Board of Trustees of the Church and School Foundation.  In her spare time, she enjoys tennis, camping and spending time with her husband Bob, children and grandchildren.  

 

Linda A. Whitener
Financial Paraplanner Qualified ProfessionalTM

Linda has been working in financial services for over 25 years and has handled all phases of back-office support for various fee-based and fee-only firms, both SEC and State registered.  In 2016 Linda started her own practice as a Virtual Assistant, serving Registered Investment Advisory firms in the capacity of Paraplanner and assistant.  She serves as a valued member of Financial Life Designs and works closely with clients and custodians to ensure seamless transitions and timely processing of transactions.  She also works closely with outsource partners such as our compliance consultant and software providers to ensure we are staying current with industry regulations and utilizing technology in the most efficient way.

Linda obtained her Paraplanner designation through the College for Financial Planning in 1994.  To maintain that designation, she is required to earn 16 continuing education credits every 2 years; that continued coursework helps her remain current with industry practices and standards.  She enjoys learning and sharing knowledge, and her greatest desire is to help others achieve their goals. 

When Linda is not serving clients or running her practice, she enjoys working in her organic garden, kayaking, and spending time with her husband Frank, family, and friends.
